The Dhampus–Australian Camp–Sarangkot trek is Nepal's most accessible mountain trek — no altitude sickness risk, no technical difficulty, yet spectacular close-up views of the Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Hiunchuli. Perfect for first-time trekkers, families, and those short on time.
Arrive TIA. Hotel check-in. Welcome dinner. Trekking gear check and briefing.

Fly (25 min) or drive (6–7 hrs) to Pokhara. Check in to Lakeside hotel. Evening: Phewa Lake boating or relaxation. Briefing on tomorrow's trek start.
Drive to Phedi (858m), the trek starting point (30 min). Begin trek: 2–3 hour ascent through terraced fields and forest to Dhampus village (1,650m). Gurung village with stunning Annapurna views. Check in to teahouse and acclimatize.
Trek: 3–4 hours. Climb through rhododendron and oak forest via Pothana (1,890m) to Australian Camp (2,100m). Panoramic open ridge with Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre dominating the view. Sunset over the snow peaks from camp.
Sunrise from Australian Camp — pure magic. Trek down via Pothana and forest paths. Option to descend to Sarangkot (1,592m) for lunch, then descend to Pokhara by jeep. Afternoon rest by Phewa Lake.
Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, International Mountain Museum, Tibetan Refugee Camp, and the World Peace Pagoda. Farewell Pokhara dinner by the lake.
Return to Kathmandu by flight or bus. Free evening for shopping and final experiences.
